“Live out of state and own a home in the area. On Friday2/5 it was projected to be negative 5 and I was out of state. Link’s Service Technician Maggie was dispatched in really bad weather and was there quickly. By then the house was getting cold! We discussed my issue and she explained what the issue was in detail and got it fixed with skill with no surprises. This is the second time she has repaired an issue in one of my properties and each time she has done an awesome job. The overall experience was excellent.
