“Jason came early last Saturday because I had no heat. He is so very
knowledgeable! He found the problem but a replacement part needed to be ordered. Jason was able to get and keep my boiler running until he returned today with the part. It ran great! I really thank Jason not only for his expertise and work, but for being sooo patient with me and answering all my questions and concerns.
I was concerned that because the needed part wasn’t available that my boiler might leak oil, catch on fire, or just blow up. Jason explained it all to me and that was great because it kept me calm. And today he came with the new part and then double-checked to make sure that everything is OK. And it is.
