“Ray was right on time and fixed the pressure valve that had developed a small drip. Ray also checked the expansion tank and found it was not working, and replaced it. Over all every thing seems to be ok. Ray does great work and explains all that needs to done.”

In regard to the pricing of the service call it was okay although I felt a bit high. I knew the price going in so that’s on me.
But I was astounded at the price quote for replacing the part I already knew was bad and had informed your office person of this at the time of scheduling my appt. Had your scheduler told me the cost of the part when I initiated my call, I would have forgone the service call altogether. To want a fee of $850 for a part I can by direct online for $150 was outrageous. To better serve your customers you should reconsider your makeups.”
