“I set up an appointment with Link to perform annual maintenance on my boiler furnace and water heater, and, when Jason arrived, I described the lower temperature of the hot water coming from the 12+-year-old water heater. After investigation revealed water being emitted from the water heater, he advised a replacement water heater and proceeded to spend the entire day at my home removing the old water heater and installing a model that has a five-star online rating. Not only did he do the work cheerfully and politely, he also moved the new water heater further away from the boiler, which required reconfiguring the pipes. I could not be more pleased with the service, in spite of the unexpected cost, because Jason’s frank appraisal of the situation probably saved me a leak from the water heater.”
