“The installation team worked well together. The time to do the install was estimated to take three days but they did the job in one and a half days. They all seemed to know what needed to be done and went about doing the work without any obvious supervision. They kept the work area clean and neat and didn’t get in each other’s way.
There were two other men, whose names I don’t know, who did an excellent job of removing the old oil tanks. The tanks were in a difficult tight location and they managed to drain the remaining oil and remove the tanks without spilling a drop. The first name of one of them was Jim but I don’t know his last name or the name of his assistant.
There was also an older man there whose purpose wasn’t obvious to me. He sort of just kept an eye on the other men and every now and then would take a closer look at what they were doing and provide some minor assistance.
Overall the whole installation and oil tank removal teams did an excellent job.”

“My experience with Link Service has been exceptional. Every person I worked with made sure I understood what needed to be done to ensure my furnace was safe and up-to-date. Jared made sure I understood what options I had to upgrade my very old furnace, with no sales pressure. Once I chose which system I wanted, Tom B came to install. They were efficient, cleaned up afterwards and kept me informed throughout the installation. And then explained how everything worked before leaving. And Jared followed up a week later to make sure there were no problems. Everyone there, including the office people, worked together to make the whole thing a pleasant experience. I’m looking forward to having them install new air conditioning in the spring!”

“Very good experience! Both Tom and Jim were very professional. Work that was done was impeccable. They took great care in ensuring that my property (outside and inside) was treated respectfully. On the work done on the inside of the house, they ensured that the floor, furniture, drapes were covered to minimize debris etc. They either took their shoes off or wore covers on their shoes to protect my floors and carpets. On the inside and outside you would never guess that they were there installing a system. No mess! I'm very excited to enjoy the "cool" summers and "warm" winters with my new system! And I look forward to Link Service serving my system in the years to come.”

“Tom and Mike installed a whole new furnace system for us in our basement. They went above and beyond their job duties. Patched the hole in the floor where the old furnace used to be, tore the old furnace out, removed it, wore booties every time they came into the house and cleaned up the entire work space area.They removed old pipes and capped them for us. Never had such outstanding professionalism and we’re on time every single day. Worked continuously and made sure everything was working properly. Took time to go over the new thermostat and furnace system. Answered any questions we had, and made sure whatever concerns we had were met.”

“The day before my scheduled appointment, I got a phone call confirming the appointment, Jim would be the service person coming and he would be giving me a call the next morning before he was leaving. The next morning, I received a phone call from Jim right on time and saying he was on his way. Jim introduced himself and his coworker, Tom. Both Jim and Tom were very friendly and knowledgeable as they were troubleshooting the system. Both Jim and Tom explained every process, what results they were expecting and why and what they ultimately found. They did have to return after our system cooled a bit and when they did, they had everything done and cleaned quickly and efficiently. I want to thank Jim and Tom for a very professional, efficient and courteous service call and getting us back up and running before the cold and snow got bad.”
“Our gas furnace went out in the middle of the night. Contacting them was very easy, just went to their website and a chat link popped up to send them your issue. Within minutes they replied and then called and set up the appt. (love that set up). They called about 10 minutes before they were going to arrive to let you know they were on their way and they showed up exactly when they said they would. They took care of the issue and were on their way and the furnace is working as it should.”
