“The day before my scheduled appointment, I got a phone call confirming the appointment, Jim would be the service person coming and he would be giving me a call the next morning before he was leaving. The next morning, I received a phone call from Jim right on time and saying he was on his way. Jim introduced himself and his coworker, Tom. Both Jim and Tom were very friendly and knowledgeable as they were troubleshooting the system. Both Jim and Tom explained every process, what results they were expecting and why and what they ultimately found. They did have to return after our system cooled a bit and when they did, they had everything done and cleaned quickly and efficiently. I want to thank Jim and Tom for a very professional, efficient and courteous service call and getting us back up and running before the cold and snow got bad.”
