“Our entire unit (inside and out) was replaced by another local company and they could not get the unit to work properly with our 2 zone Honeywell system. Despite being listed on Honeywell's website, they claimed they do not work on the system and refused to return. We called Link and spoke to Jared. He sat with us to troubleshoot the problem and he and Ryan worked until it was working properly. Link is the only company we will ever use, they are fantastic!”

“My brother, Jim Spinos, recommended you all for the first preventive maintenance check for a 4yr old gas boiler and I am thoroughly impressed on all levels of service provided. 1 – I was able to schedule an appt within 2 weeks of calling…other companies were 4-5 months out. 2 – Jason was on-time, courteous, knowledgeable, explained what he was doing. 3 – Jared was excellent and prompt. He contacted my furnace provider to discuss if the part needing replacement was under warranty, which it wasn’t but the provider still replaced the part at no cost.

Arrangements were made to have Mr. Knoll address the condition the same day of my telephone so I could have water at the residence.
