“So, I left an earlier review of Link Service Heating & Cooling. I ended up paying over $400 for 1-hr. of tech time (totally ridiculous number for 1-hr. and nothing was repaired… I even helped the technician do the work), I just received a call from this company today 12/27/2023 asking me to change my STAR rating and they would reimburse me for the second HVAC company I had to hire to actual repair my gas furnace. The fix took 5-minutes and the fix was a paper clip to clean out an orifice on the gas boiler blower motor. Very simple and easy repair. No problem paying the service call charge, but the other almost $300 to clean out soot from the base of the flue. Two screws removed and the pipe removed in about two-minutes. So when you put it all together… this is a company to stay away from without question!!!”
