“Our entire unit (inside and out) was replaced by another local company and they could not get the unit to work properly with our 2 zone Honeywell system. Despite being listed on Honeywell's website, they claimed they do not work on the system and refused to return. We called Link and spoke to Jared. He sat with us to troubleshoot the problem and he and Ryan worked until it was working properly. Link is the only company we will ever use, they are fantastic!”

Arrangements were made to have Mr. Knoll address the condition the same day of my telephone so I could have water at the residence.
