“Ray and your company were exceptional on service to our ductless air conditioner system. From 1st call to you, to scheduling and arriving within the agreed time frame, to clean equipment with Ray F. very professional and polite even in the later day appointment. Having service performed for the last 2 years with another company and not being pleased at all we chose to return to Link, who installed our system, for service, we are over the top pleased and now at rest that our systems is working properly. Must say that we are a bit embarrassed how dirty the 3 units had become and not only increased frustration with past company but again gives us a peace of mind thing are now working properly. Can not say enough about Ray Fockler!!! His knowledge and professionalism renewed our faith in yearly service agreements, we have now have a sense of relief things were done right and we can rely on your company if we have and concerns or issues.

“Ray did a great job with this maintenance call. He was thorough and fast. The only issue I had with this was we were given an appointment time if 8am to noon and the tech was given a later time. So we waited for 4 hours to show up or even receive a call. We got neither. It was a lot of time wasted. Your scheduling needs to be more organized!!!”

“Ray did an excellent job of cleaning and servicing our furnace. He answered all my questions concerning his work and the condition of my oil furnace. He was very easy to speak with and very professional with his attitude and work.
I did notice a strong smell of fuel oil in the furnace area of my basement, but didn’t see any spills or standing fuel oil. I should have mentioned to Ray that my wife is very allergic to petroleum odors, that was my fault. The vent for my air brushing station has managed to draw quite a bit of the odor out of the basement and it should subside by tomorrow.
Overall, I am very pleased with his work.”
