“Hi, I'm sorry this is late, but it certainly does not reflect how we feel about the professionalism that your crew exhibited at our home during the installation of our four mini-split units. The crew of Tom, Arlo and Tyler were beyond professional and far exceeded our expectations during the three day installation. They were timely, courteous, and very informative. Any questions that we may have had were quickly answered. They worked very diligently, hardly stopping for lunch or to catch their breath during the project. They were extremely courteous of our home and treated it as if it were their own – maybe better. I was very impressed with their craftsmanship. Each crew member knew exactly what he was doing. Not once did I hear anyone say "how do I do this, or what am I doing next?"! They had to go into our attic that was extremely hot with a thick layer of blown-in cellulose insulation (I'm sure it wasn't fun). They didn't complain about it, they just did what had to be done, and they did it quickly and efficiently. We greatly appreciated that they cleanup after themselves each day, and left our home spotless. Again, I can't say enough about the professionalism of Tom, Arlo, and Tyler. I'd highly recommend them, and Link, for any project involving installation of mini-split units. GREAT JOB GUYS, we truly appreciate your work on our project.”
