“On Dec. 1st Ray came to our home to evaluate the feasibility of purchasing a Mini-Split to heat, cool, and dehumidify a new sunroom addition. (Over the past several months we had spoken to several other companies first with less than good results.) After looking at our addition Ray came up with a workable solution for our situation. Whereas we had been told by other companies we would need separate HAVC and dehumidifier systems, Ray explained Mitsubishi had a single unit which performs all 3 functions.
