In regard to the pricing of the service call it was okay although I felt a bit high. I knew the price going in so that’s on me.

But I was astounded at the price quote for replacing the part I already knew was bad and had informed your office person of this at the time of scheduling my appt. Had your scheduler told me the cost of the part when I initiated my call, I would have forgone the service call altogether. To want a fee of $850 for a part I can by direct online for $150 was outrageous. To better serve your customers you should reconsider your makeups.”
