These guys went above and beyond the norm to get us us back up and working. Josh G. was our technician and did an OUTSTANDING job. He was prompt, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable of the equipment. And, after having waited an extended amount of time for a part from the manufacturer and the WRONG part was sent, he took to the time to make calls to other suppliers to find the part we needed to have the repair done on the day that Link Service had commited to.
