“Tom was very professional and knowledgeable about the repair I needed. He was thorough in diagnosing the issue and explained in detail what the problem was and what needed to be fixed. The part he needed had to be ordered and I was impressed it only took a day to get it. Tom completed the repair the next day and I am very satisfied with his work.
